What started as a way to save money at Hillsborough Public School, has turned into an entire school approach to environmental education. The school purchased water tanks to help cut costs, but that’s just one of many conservation projects run at the school.

The choir at Dungog Public School needs more than just good pitch and harmony to deliver a perfect performance – it needs to remember the song in sign language. The Signing Choir is part of a whole school program that teaches students to communicate with sign.
