Port Macquarie has defeated the Newcastle Knights in the semi finals of the men’s under 20s State Country Championships. Despite the Knights putting up an impressive fight in the grand final, Peninsula proved too strong, claiming victory 4-3.

NEXT YEAR’S IRONMAN RACES IN PORT MACQUARIE SOLD OUT
Registrations for the Ironman Australia and Ironman 70.3 in Port Macquarie haven’t even been open a week, but the events are already sold out. Athletes were quick to sign up, with only 40 competitors in the 70.3 event to advance to the World Championship.
