Hundreds of the state’s best BMX riders were in Sawtell today for round seven of the state series. The track on the Mid North Coast is now rated as one of the best in country New South Wales.

The Manning Valley is hosting round two of the Go Karting Championships this weekend and the competition is looking fast and furious. 93 drivers tried their luck today on the track – aiming to make it into the finals tomorrow.

The weather in Coffs Harbour was perfect, as the AFL Northern New South Wales representative carnival got underway. More than 400 young players took part in the event, under the watchful eye of Sydney Swans talent scouts.
