CAMERON WURF CROWNED 2019 PORT MACQUARIE IRONMAN
He spent his early childhood in Port Macquarie and today Cameron Wurf was crowned the 20-19 Port Macquarie Ironman. While Britain’s Laura Siddall won the women’s title for the third straight year.

DRAGON BOATS AT URUNGA
Hundreds of paddlers from Ballina to the Great Lakes were in Urunga today for the town’s annual dragon boat regatta. Kempsey’s River Rats and the Haven Dragons among some of the strongest clubs taking part.
