Coffs United has progressed to round 6 of the FFA Cup after an epic two-and-a-half hour battle with the Coffs Tigers. Scores were locked 2-all at full time, and 3-all at the conclusion of extra time – the game going into a penalty shootout.

HUNDREDS OF ATHLETES IN FORSTER TRIATHLON WITH MORE PROTECTION IN THE OCEAN
More than 1,000 athletes have swam, cycled and run their way around Forster today for the Triathlon New South Wales Club Championships Extra steps were taken by event organisers to protect participants during the ocean leg, following this week’s tragic fatal shark attack at nearby Tuncurry.
