This weekend’s round of the New South Wales Beach Volleyball Series, which was to be held at Coffs Harbour, was cancelled at the last minute on Friday due to COVID-19 concerns. The Office of Sport deemed it too risky following the outbreak on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Teranorra’s Brendan Moore has claimed honours in the Northern New South Wales Championships open men’s final in Coffs Harbour, defeating Nick De Vivo in two sets. Forster’s Laia Pasini took out the open women’s singles title in straight sets.
