KNIGHTS EXTEND SIONE MATA’UTIA’S CONTRACT FOR THREE MORE YEARS
The Newcastle Knights club have confirmed the re-signing of Sione Mata’utia, on a three-year deal. It’s been in the works for some time, but was delayed after the 22-year-old suffered a run of concussions at the end of last season.

CHANGES FOR KNIGHTS AHEAD OF BULLDOGS CLASH
There are a few changes for the Knights this week. Sam Stone moves into the starting side for the suspended Lachlan Fitzgibbon, while Jacob Lillyman will return from injury on the bench. All three of Newcastle’s rep players have been named, but now they WON’T be facing one of league’s biggest names.
