A family of mountain bikers from Armidale has dominated the New South Wales state championships in Orange. Holly Harris and brother Michael will wear the coveted blue jersey for the next twelve months.

Upper Horton bull rider Troy Wilkinson has finished third at this year’s PBR grand finals in Townsville. 17 Aussie competitors and five international riders battled it out over the two nights.. with Wilkinson celebrating like a true cowboy. For the past seven years, the Peel Valley Bush Cricket competition has welcomed players of all abilities. While it’s somewhat competitive, the concept was initially launched to get farmers off their properties.
