Basketball teams from across Northern New South Wales have descended on Tamworth today. The Under 18s Northern Junior League competition is welcoming teams from as far as Lismore over the weekend.

The two top teams will go head to head this weekend in Group 4 rugby league. Narrabri has won their opening three matches – a winning streak they are hoping to continue against a combined Kootingal/Moonbi side.
