DWELLING VALUES DROPPED IN THE NORTHERN RIVERS
Dwelling values in parts of the Northern Rivers have dropped, following the region’s floods, earlier this year. According to CoreLogic, medium dwelling values dipped by 0.8 per cent across the Richmond and Tweed areas. DROP IN PROPERTY CRIME DESPITE REPORTS OF THEFT FOLLOWING LISMORE FLOODS
Richmond Police say there’s been a drop in property crime… despite reports of theft following the flood disaster. Since March, the rate of offences has decreased by 14 per cent across the district. There has been increased patrols and CCTV has been restored in Lismore’s CBD (NO AUDIO)
