LISMORE’S WEATHER STATION SET TO BE RESTORED NEXT MONTH
Lismore’s only automatic weather station has almost finished its rebuild. The airport station was destroyed by floodwater in February’s disaster. The Bureau of Meteorology expects observation data will be live on its website in next month. (VO)

SPORTING CLUBS GET A BOOST FOR NEW PROJECTS
Sporting clubs in the Northern Rivers will get a boost – sharing in almost $50,000 worth of state grants. Recipients include groups from Murwillumbah, Tenterfield, Lismore and Kyogle. The cash will be used for a range of projects including boosting participation and upgrading facilities. (NO AUDIO)
