23-YEAR-OLD MAN ALLEGEDLY ASSAULTED IN UNPROVOKED ATTACK AT BYRON BAY PUB
A 23-year-old man has been allegedly assaulted in an unprovoked attack at a licensed venue in Byron Bay. Police say the incident occurred at 11 o’clock on Friday night, at the Northern Hotel. COVID CASES IN NORTHERN NSW DECLINE OVERNIGHT
There’s been a slight dip in Covid cases across Northern New South Wales, with the region recording 170 new infections. Tweed, Ballina and the Clarence Valley accounted for the majority of cases. However, there’s been an increase in hospitalisations, with 22 people now receiving care. (NO AUDIO)
