HOUSING PODS ARRIVE IN THE NORTHERN RIVERS FOR FLOOD AFFECTED COMMUNITIES
The Northern River’s first housing pods for flood-affected community members have arrived in Wollongbar. The temporary housing site will soon be able to house more than 200 people. KERBSIDE FLOOD WASTE WILL NO LONGER BE REMOVED FROM LISMORE STREETS
Kerbside flood waste will no longer be removed from Lismore streets, as Council confirms it has stopped kerbside collection. It’s now urging residents to contact them, if they still have rubbish. More than 100-thousand tonnes of waste has been removed across the Northern Rivers. (NO AUDIO)
