World Para Surfing team announced for December at Pismo Beach
Far North Coast’s Para-surfers are set to represent Australia at the World Para Surfing Championships. Matt Formston will be looking to win back his title at Prismo Beach in California while Mark ‘Mono’ Stewart will be defending his. WBBL Sydney Thunder loss despite Sammy-Jo Johnson effort
A valiant effort from Sammy-Jo Johnson wasn’t enough to get the Sydney Thunder over the line against the Sixers. The fast bowler didn’t claim any wickets but took an important catch during the Sixer’s innings. Chasing 164, Johnson scored 22 runs but it wasn’t enough – the Thunder falling short by 15.
