After a meteoric rise through the world rankings, Central Coast surfer, Adrian Buchan, has returned to home soil at Avoca. In what can only be described as a dream few months for the 26-year-old, he says he’s focused on riding the wave of success all the way to the top.

Avoca Beach surfer Adrian Buchan has climbed to seventh in the world rankings after finishing third in the Billabong Pro in Mundaka, Spain. The 26-year-old was defeated in the semi-finals by fellow countryman Joel Parkinson, who finished runner-up in the event, to American CJ Hobgood.
