    The father of a three year old Ballina girl, who allegedly shot herself in the leg with a BB gun on Tuesday night, has been charged. The 39-year-old, who doesn’t hold a gun license, is accused of possessing an unauthorised and unregistered pistol. He’ll face Ballina Local Court next month.
