DRIVER ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED IN BALLINA CHASE FRONTS COURT
A driver accused of assaulting police, after a car-chase through Ballina on Saturday night, has faced court. 30-year-old Steven William Pope faces 13 charges, including five counts of assault police. He appeared in Lismore Local Court this morning, where he didn’t apply for bail. He’ll be back in court next month.
