MAN SUFFERS BURNS AFTER AN EXPLOSION AT BANORA POINT
A man has suffered burns after an explosion in the Tweed this morning. It’s believed the 47-year-old was refuelling a water blaster in the back of an enclosed trailer at Banora Point. Fuel was spilt – sparking a blaze. The 47-year-old’s arms, legs and chest were injured. He’s in a stable condition. [AUDIO IN PARTS]

DRIVER INJURED AFTER CAR CRASHES INTO ELECTRONIC SIGN ON PACIFIC HWY
Traffic slowed to a crawl on the Pacific Highway at Banora Point this afternoon, after a ute collided with a message board trailer.
