NORTHERN NEW SOUTH WALES COVID CASES DECLINE OVERNIGHT
There’s been a decrease in covid cases in northern New South Wales overnight with the region recording 367 new infections. Of these cases, 90 were in the Tweed and the Clarence Valley had 66. There are now 15 patients in hospital – with three of these in ICU. (NO AUDIO)

The Northern Health District saw a drop in COVID case numbers in the latest period. There were 234 new infections, down by 37 per cent on the previous day. Seven people remain in hospital, none are in ICU.
