AIR SAFETY WATCHDOG INVESTIGATING PARAGLIDER CRASH
The Transport Safety Bureau is investigating after an elderly paraglider crashed into steep bushland at Merewether on Wednesday. Emergency services walked down the cliff to assist the 75-year-old man. He was airlifted to hospital with a collapsed lung, as well as rib, spine and pelvic fractures. He’s listed in a stable condition.
