Port City have stormed through to the Group 3 rugby league grand final, after a win over Wingham Tigers. The Breakers will go up against the Sharks, in an all-Port Macquarie premiership decider.

SHARKS THROUGH TO GRAND FINAL
The Port Macquarie Sharks have secured a spot in the Group 3 rugby league grand final, after a 22-18 win over Port City yesterday. The Breakers will have to beat Wingham next weekend, in order to keep their premiership hopes alive.

SHARKS EYEING GRAND FINAL BERTH
To Group 3 rugby league, and minor premiers Port Macquarie are feeling confident ahead of Sunday’s major semi final against Port City. If they win, the Sharks will host their second-consecutive premiership decider.

PIRATES DRAW WITH BLUES
Port City Breakers have climbed to second on the Group 3 Rugby League ladder, after a narrow 24-22 win over Wingham. In yesterday’s other matches, Forster Tuncurry thumped Taree City, and Old Bar drew with Wauchope.

BULLS UPSET LADDER-LEADING SHARKS
There was an upset loss for the Port Macquarie Sharks, falling to the Bulls in yesterday’s away Group 3 Rugby League game. The competition leaders were down several players, including captain-coach Joe Cudmore. Corey Murphy offloaded the Sharks’ second and final try, to bring the score to 18-16. TIGERS HOLD ONTO MEMORIAL CUP
The Port Macquarie Sharks remain at the top of the Group 3 Rugby League competition, after defeating cross-town rivals Port City. While Wingham narrowly overcame Taree City, to secure the Kristylea Bridge Memorial Cup for the third-year running.

PORT CITY BELTS MACLEAY
Forster Tuncurry had a narrow 20-18 win over Wauchope in round 13 of the Group 3 Rugby League competion. The ladder-leading Sharks easily beat Old Bar 24-10, and the Port City Breakers belted Macleay Valley 66-6.
