ATHLETIC CENTRE OPENS AFTER UPGRADE
And after nearly six months, Newcastle’s newly-upgraded Fearnley Dawes Athletic Centre has been officially opened. The iconic blue track has been re-laid with the addition of a customised wheelchair racing lane. Around 20 schools have already booked to have their athletics carnivals at the centre.
