ACE CRUISES THROUGH TO THIRD ROUND
Ace Buchan has moved straight through to the third round of the Quicksilver Pro in France overnight. The Avoca local defeated Italo Ferreira and Ricardo Christie, with a 9.5 ride Meanwhile, fellow Central Coast surfers Glenn Hall and Matt Wilkinson have been forced into the second round. WILKO KNOCKED OUT OF RIP CURL PRO
Copacabana’s Matt Wilkinson has been knocked out on day six of the Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach. He went up against South Africa’s Jordy Smith but had a slow start, managing a heat score of just 7.9.
