DRUGS, GUNS & JEWELS SEIZED IN NIMBIN RAID
Drugs, guns, gold bullion and jewels were among the huge haul of valuables paraded by police in Lismore this afternoon. The items were allegedly discovered when officers searched a home at Nimbin earlier in the day. A 45-year-old man was arrested following the raid. He’s now assisting police with their inquiries. SEARCH UNCOVERS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND GUN
A 54-year-old man is facing a string of drug and firearm offences, following the search of a home at Nimbin. Officers allegedly seized a loaded firearm, stolen property and drug paraphernalia at the Bishops Creek Road address yesterday. Police say there was a short struggle, before the man was arrested.
