Well, they needed a big result to kick-start their season, and Hamilton Olympic got it today in the NPL. Away from home, they beat defending champions Lambton 2-1, piling further pain on an already hampered Jaffas outfit.

OXBORROW RETURNS FOR SECOND STINT WITH BROADMEADOW

It’s been a tough start to the NPL season for Adamstown so this afternoon’s 1-all draw on the road to defending champions Lambton is a huge confidence boost. Despite an unrelenting attack, the Jaffas just couldn’t produce a winner.
