SEARCH FOR DISTRESSED SWIMMER ON OLD BAR BEACH
Emergency crews rushed to Old Bar Beach this morning, after reports of a swimmer in distress 700 metres offshore. The Westpac Rescue Helicopter and surf lifesavers conducted a search around 11am. It was later called off after no-one was located in the ocean, or reported missing in the area. (VISION ONLY)
