The Central Coast continues to choke on smoke from bush fires burning west of the M1. Today council offices were closed due to smog, as workers elsewhere in the Gosford CBD were forced into the streets by fire alarms.

NEW FIRE SENDS SMOKE COAST’S WAY
The Central Coast’s eastern suburbs were blanketed by smoke throughout much of Thursday… the council forced to cancel some of its Christmas events due to poor air quality. Ash is falling across the region from the Three Mile Fire, with authorities urging us to take care of our lungs.
