TERRIGAL BURGER JOINT RUINED BY FLAMES
Catching alight just after midnight, a Terrigal burger bar has been badly damaged by fire. Kitchen appliances were destroyed, and the restaurant is expected to be shut for some time. Fire fighters managed to stop the blaze from spreading to nearby shops. The fire is not thought to be suspicious. (VISION ONLY.)

TONNES OF ROCK CRASH DOWN AT TERRIGAL
Tonnes of rock has come crashing down at a Terrigal fishing hotspot. Emergency services were called to the Skillion, after the cliff face crumbled around 1 o’clock this afternoon. Thankfully, a search found no one trapped or injured. The area will be cordoned off pending a geologist’s inspection. (VISION ONLY.)

WORK BEGINS ON TERRIGAL BOARDWALK
Work has started on a boardwalk, linking Terrigal Beach to the Haven. The near $6 million project will span more than 250 metres, and improve accessibility for parents with prams, and the elderly.
